* Any of the Rene alloys. This would include, but not be limited to, Rene 41, 80, 88, and 108
* Any of the Hastalloy alloys. This would include, but not be limited to, Hastalloy C, X, and W.
* The MarM247 family of alloys
* The Udimet alloys such as Udimet 500, 700, etc.
* The Haynes Alloy 230 family of alloys
Cobalt Based Superalloys
* The Stellite family of superalloys such at Stellite 31 (X40), etc.
* The L605 alloy class
* Aerospace grade hardface alloys such as Coast Metals 64, Triballoy, etc.
Magnesium Alloys
* The magnesium casting alloys such as AZ92, etc.
* The filler alloys such as EZ33, etc.
Stainless Steels
* Any of the 300 series stainless steels including 304, 316, 347, etc.
* Any of the 400 series stainless steels including 410, etc.
* Aerospace grade stainless steels including A286, 17-4 PH, etc.
Hardface and Carbide alloys
* Any of the Stellite family of nickel or cobalt based hardface alloys
* Single carbides in a nickel or cobalt matrix. These carbides would include Chromium, Tungsten, Titanium, Vanadium, and Molybdenum carbides, etc.
* Carbide blends of the above in a nickel or cobalt matrix.
